The financial meltdown on Wall Street only emphasizes our country's dire need for new leadership.

President Bush and Sen. John Sununu have stood idly by while Wall Street has combusted. Even with his spot on the Banking Committee, Sununu failed to do anything to prevent this economic crisis. In fact, Sununu voted with Bush 90 percent of the time. We need a new senator who won't put partisanship before supporting effective legislation to protect our economy and investments.
