CONCORD AND NASHUA POLICE PATROLMEN’S ASSOCIATIONS ENDORSE JEANNE SHAHEEN FOR SENATE
Today, the Concord Police Patrolmen’s Association and the Nashua Police Patrolmen’s Association announced their endorsement of Jeanne Shaheen for U.S. Senate, citing her advocacy for the law enforcement community and New Hampshire’s public safety. Jeanne Shaheen has always put New Hampshire first and understands the importance of providing law enforcement with the tools they need to keep people in New Hampshire safe.
“Senator Shaheen has always stood up for public safety and law enforcement in New Hampshire,” said Brian Cook, President of the Concord Police Patrolmen’s Association. “Whether it’s fighting for improved public safety or resources for law enforcement to gel keep our communities safe, Senator Shaheen has made a difference for us. She has been fighting for us for nearly 20 years and we are proud to support her campaign.”

As Governor and now asU.S. Senator, Jeanne Shaheen has strongly supported policies that keep law enforcement safe as they put their lives on the line to defend and protect Granite Staters. During her time in the Senate, Jeanne Shaheen was able to secure major federal grants for the Concord and Nashua Police Departments that allowed them implement new training programs for the police force, as well as purchase new emergency first aid products and radar detection equipment that help keep people safe.
