Jeanne Shaheen is a tireless advocate for the people of New Hampshire. She brought a first-in-the-nation effort to New Hampshire to study the health effects of toxic PFAS chemicals. She has also fought to protect clean drinking water by introducing legislation to clean up PFAS contamination in our drinking water and ban the DOD from buying items with toxic chemicals.
